Im sensitive at the best of times, when im out people always look at me, when they do i have to go in a shop or place ith a mirror to see myself, or any shiny windows, even my car mirrors, sometimes i have to go in the same shop more than once just to look in the mirror, is this normal behaviour? Am i the only person who does it? even at work i have to go to the toilet just to look at myself in the mirror, at home every mirror in my house, seriously its des troying me.

I do exactly the same thing. If i catch someone's glance I automatically think I must look weird, so I have to look in a mirror. It's so annoying :/
